Our studio has two practice rooms - one is a hot room (heated to approximately 37C), the other room is room temperature where we offer classes in various traditions of yoga.
Live Music Class
Yogis of all ages are invited to listen, stretch and breathe in our Live Music Class. The live music will be provided by...you! Do you sing? Do you play an instrument? The Live Music Class is not so much a chance to perform as it is an opportunity to serve your fellow students with the gift of sound. Contribute to the strengthening of our community by sharing your talent. This 60 minute, reduced heat Moksha class will be the setting for all to shed boundaries around what is commonly considered 'yoga music'. If interested in offering, please contact the studio and provide the details of your musical talent. Class is offered by donation with all proceeds given to the Regent Park School of Music. Join us at 7pm on the last Saturday of each month.
